Product Review - Chef Cristiane's Brazilian "I'm Hot" Gourmet Hot Sauce

from "I'm Hot" Gourmet Hot Sauce

Review:  Yummy and yes it is hot but not just hot for the sake of being hot - instead it is hot with a nice flavor behind the heat - it smells hot in the bottle but also delicious -

I tried this on a burrito and it brought the flavor in the burrito alive - this sauce is yummy and you do not need much to get the point - good hot yet yummy sauce that is not just hot to say it is HOT - it is good also and improves the flavor of foods -

I do not like super hot and this is just right and doesn't make you cry from the heat - give it a try I know I was surprised with how tasty this sauce is -

I am a reviewer and I received this item for an honest review.

Description:  This is a unique homemade hot sauce made from an old family recipe. Each bottle is made from a small kitchen by Chef Cristiane Pereira of Taste of Brazil Cafe in Chicago.

Medium Hotness with a fresh tomato taste just like they serve in Brazil with a perfect balance of flavor and hotness. This is not extreme hotness, but rather a more mild or medium hotness that allows you to enjoy the delicious flavors of the peppers.

Made with Malagueta Peppers from Brazil. Tastes great on chips, Mexican Food, sandwiches, eggs, meat, potato, pasta, etc.

Made with all natural ingredients - no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, and no artificial ingredients

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, onions, water, extra virgin olive oil, carrots, malagueta peppers, cane sugar, salt, garlic, and spices.

One of the best tasting hot sauces from South America. Tastes great on everything. It has a tangy, tomato, carrot, and Malagueta pepper flavor that is totally unique. It is not too hot, so you can put a lot on your food and enjoy the taste of the hot sauce without burning your mouth off. This gourmet hot sauce is made in small batches by Chef Cristiane Periera in her own restaurant kitchen (Taste of Brazil Cafe in Chicago), one batch at a time with totally fresh natural ingredients.
