Product Review - Paracord Survival Bracelet - Adamant

Review:  This is a thick bracelet that is adjustable for your wrist - the smallest fits my wrist and I can pull it off still but it takes some work - it is not just going to fall off - the bracelet has a round ring with a serrated edge to use as a knife - you put the fire started rod inside the circle of the knife and then pull the cord tight.

My son decided to try the firestarter and his fingers got pretty black from rubbing the finish off of the rod, but no sparks that we could see.  He rubbed it fast and firmly but no sparks.  He was disappointed and put it down I picked it up to give it a try and boom sparks - big big ones - I think we needed to get whatever coating was on the rod off and now it works great - big sparks that would start a fire if you were ready to do that.

Next we went to the knife with a piece of wood and it scored the piece well - so my son decided that with enough effort and time he could cut a decent cut.

The cord is thick - I did not take the bracelet apart to measure I will believe that it is 16 feet long when unraveled.  Well I am impressed with the big sparks that I made with little effort after my son removed all the coating and couldn't get a thing.  This would be a great item for your go bag or a 72 hour kit.  Instructions would be a nice added bonus - that is why I marked it to 4 stars - with instructions and BOOM 5 stars.

I received this item for an honest review.
